Feta with Rosemary Pepper Honey Recipe-February 2024

Ingredients

Serves 8 as a dessert

  1/2 cup honey

  1/4 cup water

  2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves

  1 teaspoon black peppercorns, cracked coarse

  1 pound feta cheese, rinsed and patted dry

  

Step 1

In a small saucepan combine honey, water, rosemary, and peppercorns and simmer, swirling pan occasionally, until reduced to about 1/2 cup. Cool honey to room temperature.

  

Step 2

Cut feta into thin slices and serve drizzled with honey.
