Ingredients
makes 2 tabespoons1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon ground fennel seeds
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Stir together the spices in a small bowl.
