  Use this as a dip for vegetables or small crackers or as a dressing for salads or pita sandwiches.

  

Ingredients

makes about 1 1/4 cups (6 servings)

  1 cup low-fat plain yogurt or soy yogurt

  1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)

  2 to 3 tablespoons minced fresh dill

  1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  

Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and stir together until well blended.
