Ingredients
serves 62 cups ricotta cheese
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 cup powdered sugar
6 sugar cones
1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, cream cheese, and powdered sugar and set aside.
Step 2
Drop a few strawberries into the bottom of each sugar cone. Spoon some of the sweetened ricotta on top of the strawberries and sprinkle the tops with the mini chocolate chips.Rachael Ray's Look + Cook
