Ingredients

　　3 cups premium coffee ice cream

　　1 cup whole milk

　　1/3 cup dulce de leche

　　1 teaspoon instant-espresso powder

　　Garnish: Cinnamon for dusting

　　Purée all ingredients with a pinch of salt in a blender just until smooth.
