Ingredients
Serves 1.1 1/2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce grenadine
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 egg white
3 or 4 ice cubes
Mint leaf
Combine all ingredients except mint leaf in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass. Float the leaf on top of the drink.
