Ingredients
<p>Serves 1.</p>Crushed ice
Dash maraschino
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 ounces claret
Orange slice
Pineapple stick
Half-fill a tumbler with crushed ice; add maraschino, sugar, and lemon juice and stir. Pour in the claret. Decorate with orange and pineapple garnish.
