Ingredients

Makes 12 (1-tablespoon) servings

  1/2 package extra-fine silken tofu

  1 teaspoon almond oil

  1/4 cup pure maple syrup

  2 tablespoons Splenda

  1 teaspoon cinnamon

  Combine all ingredients in a blender and process at high speed until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
