1 tablespoon softened butter3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Filling
1/2 cup dark corn syrup2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate bits
1/2 cup coarsely broken pecans
Step 1
Butter an 8" pie tin with the softened butter and press in the chopped nuts.
