Ingredients

　　1 cup ketchup

　　1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

　　1 chipotle pepper packed in adobo sauce, minced

　　1 tablespoon adobo sauce

　　Juice of 1/2 lemon

　　Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

　　Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
