Former Chicago Alderman Sandi Jackson reports to prison for tax fraud this week. Jackson and her husband, former Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr., pled guilty to misusing $750,000in campaign funds to pay for furs, vacations and celebrity memorabilia. Aldermen push back against Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s proposal to privatize the 311 non-emergency center amid furious budget negotiations. Meanwhile, the mayor finds money for a controversial gun buyback program. The battle over rideshare service Uber continues, and the Cubs' storybook season comes to a bitter end with the Mets post-season series sweep.
