<p>Serves 1.</p>2 slices fresh pineapple
1 ounce gin
1 ounce sweet vermouth
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 or 4 ice cubes
Muddle the pineapple in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass.
