Cauliflower Rice + Pesto Harvest Bowl (with cherry tomatoes + chicken breast)

  For those who don’t have the time to stir risotto all evening long, even healthier cauliflower rice replaces this slow-to cook rice in this pre-made dinner option. Basil, spinach, cashews, olive oil, and nutritional yeast (for a Parmesan-esque umami kick and B vitamins) provide your pesto fix, too. Add pan-seared shrimp, chicken, or white beans to round out dinner with a dash of protein.

Cauliflower

  Organic Spinach

  Organic Basil

  Raw Cashew

  Nutritional Yeast

  For protein: Add Shrimp, White Beans or Chicken

How To Heat:

Step 1

Empty cup into a nonstick pan or microwave-safe bowl.

  

Step 2
