The comical moment reflects how life is still chaotic and demonstrably unfair for Malcolm, the genius middle child played by Frankie Munizas he reunites with Cranston and Kaczmarek and his siblings in their dysfunctional home. This familys non-stop anti-social behavior and mindless myopic priorities are toxic to me, Malcolm screams out in frustration at another point in the latest trailer. The series also brings back Christopher Kennedy Masterson (Francis), Justin Berfield (Reese) and Emy Coligado (Piama) as theyre joined by new cast members Keeley Karsten as Leah, Malcolms daughter, Vaughan Murrae as Kelly, Malcolms youngest sibling and Kiana Madeira as Tristan, Malcolms girlfriend.

Disney ordered the short-run revivalofMalcolm in the Middlelast year with series creator Linwood Boomer returning as writer and executive producer. The original series premiered on Fox in January 2000 and ran for seven seasons, with the show earning seven Emmys, including writing and directing awards in 2000 and 2001.

The limited series revival from 20th Television, a part of Disney Television Studios, and New Regency, will also stream on Hulu on Disney+ for bundle subscribers in the U.S. and on Disney+ internationally.
