Ingredients
Serves 21/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
2 flounder fillets (each about 6 ounces)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Step 1
In a heavy skillet cook onion, bell pepper, and garlic in oil over moderately low heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are softened and stir in bread crumbs and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Preheat broiler.
