Democratic gubernatorial candidate Bill Daley offers a three-point plan for pension reform, calling Gov. Pat Quinn out for "failed leadership." Daley is calling on Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan to issue an opinion on the constitutionality of pension reform bills. Elizabeth Brackett has the story on Chicago Tonight at 7:00 pm.
Also today, a group of 28 elected officials from both parties released a joint statement calling for the House of Representatives to hold a floor vote on the original version of Senate Bill 2404.
