1/3 pound chorizo, casings removed, thinly sliced1 (8-ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained, or 1 large freshly roasted red bell pepper, chopped
Prepare as for the master recipe, #50, but when you are adding the onions and garlic to the pan, add the sliced chorizo. Add the chopped roasted red peppers when you are adding the peas to the pan.
