　　Beaujolais wine

　　Dash of Angostura bitters

　　Garnish: twist of lemon peel

　　Fill a chilled cocktail glass almost to capacity with lightly chilled, young Beaujolais. Add a dash of Angostura bitters and stir to blend. Garnish the drink with a lemon-peel twist.
