Ingredients
Make crostini (see right), leaving slices whole. Remove from broiler and immediately brush with a bit of basil oil (page 23). Top with a thin slice of fresh mozzarella cheese and broil until cheese is melted and bubbly (but not browned), about 1 minute. Use immediately.
