Feb 12, 2026 6:25 AM

This is excellent on char-grilled chicken or pork. Swab or brush the sauce on the meat for the last 15 minutes of grilling time. Turn often, continuing to baste, to prevent burning.

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups

  1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

  2 large cloves garlic, crushed

  1 cup Worcestershire sauce

  1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter

  Juice of 2 lemons

  1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Heat the butter in a skillet. Add the garlic and sauté, being careful not to burn the garlic. Add the Worcestershire sauce, peanut butter, lemon juice, and pepper, and blend well. Simmer for 10 minutes.
