  Spoon this dressing over fresh fruit, such as melon or pineapple, when you want a pretty side salad or a light dessert.

  

Ingredients

Serves 10; 2 tablespoons per serving

  1 cup fat-free plain yogurt

  1/4 cup all-fruit apricot spread

  2 teaspoons honey

  1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
