Disney+ has released the official trailer for the eagerly anticipated second season of Andor.

The full trailer, below, includes plenty of new footage from the Emmy-nominated Star Wars drama series.

The upcoming season will wrap the story and lead up to the events in the 2016 film Rogue One.

The official description of the new season: Seasontwo will see the characters and their relationships intensify as the horizon of war draws near and Cassian becomes a key player in the Rebel Alliance. Everyone will be tested and, as the stakes rise, the betrayals, sacrifices and conflicting agendas will become profound. The trailer includes the return of Ben Mendelsohn as his Rogue One character Director Orson Callan Krennic, and Rogue One fan favorite droid K-2SO, which is voiced by Alan Tudyk.

The final seasonwill unfold over 12 episodes broken down into four chapters of three episodes each. The first chapter will premiere April 22, with subsequent chapters debuting each week.

Andor season two stars Luna, Stellan Skarsgrd, Genevieve OReilly, Denise Gough, Kyle Soller, Adria Arjona, Faye Marsay, Varada Sethu, Elizabeth Dulau and Tudyk, with Mendelsohn and Forest Whitaker.
