Ingredients
1 teaspoon dried dill weed or dill seed, or 3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh dillDash of celery seed
Vinaigrette
4 cups cooked carrots
Combine the dill, celery seed, and vinaigrette. Toss with the carrots and marinate overnight, well covered. It keeps for several days and just gets more dilly.
